The standard quoted house wash includes the exterior of the gutters and exposed downpipes, fascia boards, soffits (downward-facing surfaces), all of the cladding and exposed foundations, window rinse and garage doors.
Extras can be added such as decks, fencing, roofs, shed, patio, walkways, pool areas, interior of gutters.
Our roof treatments are safe and effective at controlling growth on your roof but shouldn’t be allowed to get into your water tank. Your downpipes will need to be disconnected or diverted before the treatment is applied. You roof will need to have a good rinse from the rain before re-connection, generally between 2 to 4 cycles depending on how heavy the rain is.
Yes we do! We’ll clear and wash your gutters leaving them free from vegetation and pesky leaves.
Yes we do! Our treatment kills moss, mildew and lichen on driveways and paths allowing it to weather away naturally with the elements.
We can often obtain sufficient information to prepare your quote by utilising our technology and systems, however, if this is not possible we will arrange a time to make a site visit.
You do not need to be home when our professionals come to wash your home provided we can safely gain access to the property. Please just keep pets inside, move furniture or other items away from the side of the house, bring in any washing off the line and securely close all windows and doors.
The size of the house and the specific scope of what we’re doing determines the time it takes, but generally, houses can be washed in 1-3 hours.
We recommend annual washing to extend the life and performance of your paint and surfaces and keep your house looking its best.
The cleaning products that we use on your house are completely biodegradable and won’t damage your paint or surfaces. Our operators are specially trained to prevent any damage to plants, gardens or fishponds.
